About you
We are looking for someone who:
- has at least 5 years of professional experience in holistic software development.
- has a high level of expertise that has been proven in software projects with customers.
- holds a university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- communicates very good in both German (C1 certificate) and English.
- holds a valid EU work permit.
Nice-to-have:
- you are motivated to achieve project goals as part of a unified team.
- you think about the product and the user requirements first before developing a solution.
- has experience with agile methods.
- you actively shape the processes and culture of the team.
- enjoys working in a team, sharing knowledge, supports teammates, and fosters a collaborative environment.
- is willing to attend face-to-face meetings in Hamburg a few times per month, while primarily working remotely.

We are not tied to specific technologies, but select those that are most suitable for the current project together.We're constantly expanding our knowledge, so our toolchain is changing as well.
